The All New Adventures of The Slug
Chapter 1: The Arrival
There's been a good deal of speculation about the physics involved in The Slug's world. Since there's been some pretty wild speculation. Needless to say, I'm far enough along that I feel I can broach some of the topics without giving away too much of the plot.

On Aerth, things work remarkably similar to the way that things operate on Earth. Gravity operates in the same manner, except that it uses a principle of physics that draws to objects of mass together.

In addition, on Aerth, the atmosphere is comprised principally of nitrogen, which turns out to be a rather good thing as we'll later see.

Water tends to be composed of two basic elements, but in three parts. There's an element called Hydrogen (although it's not very wet), and Oxygen (which isn't made from oxen). Water is very valuable, since nothing can live without it for more than a week.

I actually sat down with a notebook and carefully crafted out the way the world of Aerth works, and I found it both enlightening and a bit overwhelming. Everything was carefully laid out, from the way that animals and plants were interdependant, to the way that orbiting stellar bodies passed by each other. I was mighty proud of my little universe.

Well, until I poured tea all over it and had to throw it out.

The Slug takes place in a suburb of Sheboygan.
